One way to pay for your order is by using your PayPal account or using one of the major credit cards listed below. To order using this method, just click on the "Add to Cart" button, to choose those items you would like to purchase. You may view your cart or check out at any time, by clicking on the "View Cart" button on our "Home" page. When you check out, you will be given the choice of checking out using a credit card or using your PayPal account. If you have any issues with this process, please email us. We generally respond to our emails rather quickly.
Credit card and other financial
information is used for the sole purpose of processing orders. Credit Card
orders are taken through PayPal, and are in
accordance with their privacy and security statements. For more information on
PayPal and its services, please visit www.paypal.com.
If you do not have a major credit card or PayPal account, not a problem. Just send us an email with your order and we will email you available payment options.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. We use the United States Postal Service as our primary carrier. Approximate shipping time is 2-5 business days. If it has been longer than 10 business days since you made payment and you still have not received your package. Please email us and we will check on your package.

Refund Policy:
All refunds must be requested through email, within 30 days of the original payment transaction date. Fiddlestix Designs does not offer refunds for patterns, no exceptions. If you have issues with our patterns, due to missing information, a corrected pattern will be shipped to you. All other items may be returned at the customer's expense, as long as they are in the same condition in which they were originally shipped from Fiddlestix Designs. For example: supply packages cannot be opened; products cannot be damaged; etc. Acceptance of the returned item is at the full discretion of Fiddlestix Designs. If accepted, a refund will be issued, less the original shipping/handling charges.
